NCERT, New Delhi awarded National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) for students studying in Std-10 in the current academic year is to be taken in two stages. The first phase examination will be held by State Examination Board, Gandhinagar on Sunday 16/12/2050.




Applications for this exam should be filled online on the website www.sebexam.org from 16/10/2030 to 05/11/2050.

Scholarship amount and payment rules:

The selection list of candidates for the second phase examination will be prepared as per the quota of the state as per merit based on the result of the first phase examination of NTSE. The second phase examination will be conducted by NCERT, New Delhi. Based on which the scholarship eligible candidates will be eligible for the following scholarships.

A monthly scholarship of Rs. 150 / - will be given in Std-11 and Std-12. Scholarship of Rs. 2000 / - per month for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.


 
Ph.D. UGC for study. Scholarships will be eligible as per the rules.

 
Student Qualification:

Students who are studying in Std. 10 in the current academic year in any recognized board, government school, grant aided school, private school, local body school or any other recognized school in the state of Gujarat will be able to appear for NTSE examination

Students who are studying in Open Learning Distance (Open Learning Distance) on 1/4/2050, under the age of 18, who are not working and also who will be appearing in Std-10 examination for the first time also appeared for NTSE Will be able to. Indian students studying abroad in Std-10 will be able to directly apply for the second phase examination. For this, the application form which will be published on the website of NCERT in January-February, has to be filled by 6/08/207 as prescribed by NCERT.

Income limit:

The income limit is not to be considered in this examination as decided by NCERT, New Delhi. The student who qualifies for the scholarship will receive the full scholarship.

Examination fee for general category students will be Rs.50 / -. Ph.D., O.B.C., S. C. And S.T. Examination fee for category students will be Rs.50 / -. Service charge will have to be paid separately. Fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.




Fee Acceptance Center,

After filling the application form in the computerized post office of Gujarat as the fee acceptance center, the fee can be printed by printing the fee. Two of the three-part printed currency will be returned by the post office. The post office will have to check whether the fee has been paid from the confirmation number along with the receipt given by the post office.

Can also pay examination fee through ATM CARD / NET BANKING through online payment gateway.



Click on "Print Application / Challan" and submit details for online fee submission. Then click on "Online Payment". Then select the appropriate option from the options of "Net Banking of Fee" or Other Payment Mode "and fill in the next details. e - receipt to be printed. If there is any defect in the process, it will be seen on the screen that your fee has not been paid.

If the e-receipt is not generated within 2 hours after deducting the fee amount from his bank account, the online fee payer will have to contact the State Examination Board by e-mail immediately.
