Gujarat Ration Card Online
There are a bunch of documents that are required to apply for the ration card in the Gujarat state. The list of the required documents is given below:-
Identity Proof, the following documents can be submitted as an identity proof-
- A valid copy of Voter/Election Card
- A valid copy of PAN Card
- Driving License
- A valid copy of Passport
- Any Government document with citizen photo
- Government Photo ID or service photo ID issued by PSU
- Photo ID issued by Recognized Educational Institution
- A valid copy of the Aadhaar card/ Election card (in case of slums)
Residence Proof, the following documents can be submitted as a residence proof-
- A valid copy of Voter/Election Card
- A valid copy of Electricity Bill
- A valid copy of Telephone Bill
- Driving License
- Water bill (not older than 3 months
- A valid copy of Passport
- First Page of Bank Pass-Book/Cancelled Cheque
- Post Office Account Passbook/Statement
- A valid copy of property card
- Government Photo ID cards/ service photo identity card issued by PSU
- Receipt of property tax
- In the case of ownership Aakhani Petrak
- The consent of the building and evidence of property ownership (in case of a lease rental agreements)
Service Attachment Proof, the following documents can be submitted as a Service Attachment Proof-
- A copy of sub-registrar Index No. 2
- Power of attorney letter (if applicable)
- Certified copy of Will
- A copy of probate obtained on the bases of Will
- Receipt of Revenue / Mahesul
- Notarised Succession genealogy
- True Copy of Election Card
Application Procedure of Gujarat Ration Card

- When you land on the homepage, click on the “Revenue” tab.
- Click on the “More” option from the dropdown list.
- Under Online Services, click on the “Application for new ration card” icon.
- Or click on the direct link
- Click on “Download Form” if you want to submit it offline.
- Click on the “Apply Online” link for online submission.
- Register yourself if, not already.
- Log in through your credentials.
- The Ration card application form will appear on your screen.
- Fill all the required details.
- Click on the “Submit” button.

- On the web page, click on the “Know Your Entitlement” option.
- Enter the following details-
- Ration card no.
- Captcha code etc.
- Finally, click on the “View” button.
- The ration card entitlement details will appear on your screen.
How to check Gujarat Ration Card List 2020
To check the beneficiary list of the Gujarat ration card, you need to follow the simple steps given below:-
- First, visit the Official Website given link here
- On the homepage, select the respective year and month
- Click on the “GO” button.
- The District or Taluka-wise Beneficiary list for the types of ration cards and beneficiaries will be displayed on your screen.
- Click on your desired region.
- The detailed list will be then displayed on your screen.
- Further, click on your area.
- The area-wise list of ration cards for the selected region will display on your screen.
- The total number of ration cards, the names and other details of all the ration card holders under the selected area will appear.
- Click on your respective ration number.
- The details of all the members of the selected ration card will display on the screen.
Duplicate Ration Card
If your ration card is damage or loss you can get a duplicate copy of it. To get duplicate copy citizens to have to rush to the official web portal or to the nearest office. Submit the application with documents for duplicate ration card issue.
