one tablespoon vinegar

50 grams sugar

1/2 tsp dry ginger powder

1 tsp red chili powder

black salt as per taste

How to make Tomato Sauce:

First of all wash the tomatoes well and cut them.

Now put some water and tomatoes in a vessel on medium flame and keep it for boiling.

- Cover the bhagona with a lid and keep stirring the tomatoes from time to time with a big spoon.

When the tomatoes become soft after cooking, then turn off the flame.

Place a large sieve over a pot and place tomatoes on it.

Strain the tomato well by pressing it with a spoon and separate its thick juice. If the pieces of tomatoes are left, then put them in the mixer and after grinding, filter them through a sieve.

If you want, you can take out the tomatoes and grind them in the mixer even after peeling them. It will be better if you give them seeds. You will not need to cut tomatoes to do this.

Now put the thick tomato juice in a heavy bottomed vessel and keep it on medium flame.

Add sugar, dry ginger, red chili powder and black salt to it and cook it while stirring continuously with a ladle or spoon.

When it becomes thick like a sauce, then turn off the flame.

After the tomato sauce cools down, add vinegar (vinegar) and mix it.

Keep the prepared sauce in a jar. You can store it for 2 weeks
