Sarkari Yojna : People working in the private sector are always afraid of losing their jobs. The faster a private company hires, the faster it fires. There are many reasons behind firing an employee. Often the company also lay off due to poor financial condition. In such a situation, the unemployed have to suffer financially.
With this in mind, the Central Government's 'Atal Bimit Vyakti Kalyan' scheme provides financial assistance to the dismissed unemployed. The 'Atal Bimit Vyakti Kalyan' scheme is a scheme managed by ESIC. Under it certain financial help is given for two years after sudden job loss. If you have a job in the organized sector and your company deducts your PF or ESI from your salary every month then you are eligible for this.
If you want to avail the benefits of this scheme, you have to register for ESIC's Atal Bimit Vyakti Kalyan Yojana. You can apply by going to the website of the Employees State Insurance Corporation and downloading the form of Atal Bimit Vyakti Yojana.
Importantly, the benefit of this scheme will not accrue to those who have been fired by the company due to bad dealings. Or a person against whom a case has been registered or who has voluntarily resigned is not eligible for this scheme.
You have to go to this link https://www.inexp.in/BcDS93 and fill the form. After filling the form, go to the nearest branch of ESI and submit. Keep in mind that you have to attach a notarized affidavit on a non-judicial paper of Rs. 20 along with the form. Forms from AB-1 to AB-4 will be submitted.
